With the campaign “Plads til forskellighed” (Room for Diversity), Kemp & Lauritzen pledge to celebrate diversity and unity—demonstrating their unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Inspired by their main brand, the campaign’s identity features a four-K logo, symbolising unity, support, and strength among employees. This logo conveys the message that together, we are stronger. The colour palette represents diversity by incorporating all of Kemp & Lauritzen’s colours equally, contrasting with the main brand’s primary green. Additionally, the dialogue box in the campaign design subtly evolves from Kemp & Lauritzen’s original soft corner boxes, adding a small point to signify that everyone at K&L has a voice. “Room for Diversity” effectively communicates K&L’s dedication to fostering a safe and versatile workplace where everyone is equally valued.
