The Association of Danish Pharmacists wanted to reclaim the territory they were losing to supermarket chains and convenience stores by reestablishing their professionalism and specialist knowledge through their extensive retail presence. They needed a confident and dependable brand expression that would inspire trust and bring Danes back to their counter for advice and services. An extensive naming and design process eventually led us to the brand Apotek - a simple, distinctive brandmark, custom typography and identity that has become instantly recognisable and cuts through the clutter of the high street. Just what the doctor ordered, as they say.
